Scott Schuman began The Sartorialist with the idea of creating a two-way dialogue about the world of fashion and its relationship to daily life. He was the first who so powerfully established the trend of narrating fashion beside the catwalk and outside the show. He is the pioneer of street style photography with a stunning fashion eye, always promoting the different, the avant guard, the ‘non-yet-said’ in fashion!
