The stars were out and about last week to kick off the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival. As the Vanity Fair party, held at the State Supreme Courthouse in New York, the unconventional setting made for a strange backdrop, with celebs posing against a massive stone staircase. But the cheerful spring fashion made up for the rather drab background: Dakota Fanning, one of the fest’s jurors, popped in neon pink Lanvin, which almost distracted us from the strange headband situation on her head. Leelee Sobieski was eye-catching in a full-skirted Jil Sander dress and Diana von Furstenberg made one of the strongest statements of the night! Enjoy the best dressed of the event!
